How to use KSeF?
KSeF can be used in three main ways.
The first is using financial and accounting software or ERP systems integrated with KSeF via API. This is the most convenient solution for companies, as invoices are created in the usual way, while the system sends them to KSeF in the background and retrieves confirmations.
The second way is using the free tools provided by the Ministry of Finance available at ksef.podatki.gov.pl. These include the Taxpayer Application in a browser version, which enables full invoice management, permission management, token generation, and UPO downloads, as well as the Mobile Application for quick invoice issuance and document preview on a phone.
The third way is using e-mikrofirma in the e-Tax Office. After linking the account with KSeF, invoices can be issued and received, and automatically transferred to VAT records, which reduces the need for manual data entry.
