From when do invoices have to be issued in KSeF?
The obligation to issue invoices in KSeF will be introduced in stages:
- from 1 February 2026 — for companies whose 2024 sales exceeded PLN 200 million (incl. VAT);
- from 1 April 2026 — for everyone else.
Additionally, until 31 December 2026 it will still be possible to issue invoices outside KSeF (paper or electronic) provided that, in a given month, the total VAT‑inclusive sales on such invoices do not exceed PLN 10,000. This measure is intended to smooth the transition to the new system.
