What is KSeF?
KSeF is a state-run electronic invoicing system in Poland. Instead of sending invoices as PDF files via email, companies issue them in a standardized electronic format through a centralized government portal.
Each invoice entered into the system receives a unique number and a precise timestamp of receipt — this serves as official confirmation of the document's existence and delivery.
Invoices can then be viewed and downloaded through integrated software, while government authorities, if needed, have access to information about which documents were issued and when.
