How can sole proprietors who don’t have internet access and don’t use a computer issue invoices?
Internet access is necessary to issue invoices in KSeF. If a business owner does not use the internet, one option is to grant authorization to another person to issue invoices (e.g., an employee of an accounting office).
The obligation to use KSeF has been postponed until February 2026, among other reasons to allow time to create the technical infrastructure needed to use KSeF.
