Wybierz <b>Zaloguj profilem zaufanym. <\/b>Nast\u0119pnie wprowad\u017a numer <b>NIP<\/b> Twojej firmy. Kliknij <b>Uwierzytelnij<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Step 2. Signing <br>\nClick <b>Podpisz (Sign)<\/b>. Select the signing method. As a rule, this is <b>Profil Zaufany<\/b> (Trusted Profile). Then enter your login details and confirm the signing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Step 3. Granting access <br>\nGo to the <b>Nadaj uprawnienie<\/b> (Grant authorization) section..<br>\nIn the  <b>Rodzaj uprawnienia<\/b> (Type of authorization) field, you must select <b>Osobie fizycznej dla pracy w KSeF.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Step 4. Selecting the type of natural person<br \/>\nAfter selecting the type of authorization, the <b>Dane osoby fizycznej (Natural person details) section will appear.<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Here you must select <b>Rodzaj podmiotu uprawnionego (Type of authorized entity)<\/b>:<\/p>\n<p>Two options are available<br \/>\n<b>Osoba fizyczna pos\u0142uguj\u0105ca si\u0119 Profilem Zaufanym lub certyfikatem zawieraj\u0105cym identyfikator NIP lub PESEL (Natural person using a Trusted Profile or a certificate containing a NIP or PESEL identifier)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Osoba fizyczna pos\u0142uguj\u0105ca si\u0119 certyfikatem niezawieraj\u0105cym identyfikatora NIP ani PESEL (Natural person using a certificate that does not contain a NIP or PESEL identifier)<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Select the first option if you are granting access to a natural person who has a <b>Profil Zaufany.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>IMPORTANT! Being logged into KSeF does not mean that you have the right to issue invoices. To obtain this right, it is mandatory to complete this step and enter your data.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>If you want to grant access to several employees of your company, you must repeat this step separately for each employee. Please enter the details of your representative (director, management board member, or employee).<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Access for an accounting company is granted according to the instructions <a href=\"https:\/\/miabiznes.pl\/en\/faq\/ksef-22\/\">https:\/\/miabiznes.pl\/faq\/ksef-22\/<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Step 5. Scope of authorizations <br>\nIn the  <b>Zakres uprawnie\u0144<\/b> (Scope of authorizations) section, you will see a list of available authorizations with checkboxes.<\/p>\n<p><b>IMPORTANT<\/b>: You must select at least one authorization.<\/p>\n<p><b>SELECT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>wystawiania faktur<\/b><br \/>\nAllows issuing invoices on behalf of your company<\/li>\n<li><b>przegl\u0105dania faktur<\/b><br \/>\nProvides access to viewing all issued and received invoices<\/li>\n<li><b>przegl\u0105dania uprawnie\u0144<\/b><br \/>\nAllows viewing the list of granted access rights<\/li>\n<li><b>przegl\u0105dania historii sesji (generowania UPO)<\/b><br \/>\nRequired to track the status of submitted invoices<\/li>\n<li><b>zarz\u0105dzania jednostkami podrz\u0119dnymi<\/b><br \/>\nAllows managing invoices of all organizational units<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Click <b>Nadaj uprawnienia.<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Done.
