Who can register an individual entrepreneurship and what are the deadlines?
There are several ways to top up your company account in Poland:
- Bank transfer from the personal account of the founder;
- Topping up your account at a bank branch (possible commission);
- Top-up in cash via CDM, if you have a company card.
IMPORTANT! You can top up your business account only up to the amount not exceeding your share capital or the amount of cash in the company's cash register.
For example:
The share capital of your company is PLN 5,000. It has been converted into a company cash register. No additions were made to the company's cash register.
So you can top up the company's account with PLN 5,000.
If you want to top up a company account over the amount that is in the company's cash register, you can do it with a loan agreement.
