How to create an e-Delivery address (e-Doręczenia) for a sole proprietorship (JDG)

1. Go to the link https://www.biznes.gov.pl/pl/e-uslugi/00_0709_00 Click «Rozpocznij» (Start).

2. Log in using your preferred method. For example – use Profil Zaufany (Trusted Profile).

3. From the available profiles, select the correct one. This is usually your first and last name and the name of your business. Click «Dalej»

4. Read the important information and click «Dalej».

5. Choose what you want to do. If you’re creating an e-Delivery address, select the first field: Utworzenie adresu u publicznego dostawcy usługi (Create address with public provider) and click «Dalej».

6. Choose the registry. For sole proprietorships (JDG), choose option 1: Centralna Ewidencja i Informacja o Działalności Gospodarczej (Central Registration and Information on Business), then click «Dalej».

7. Choose who is submitting the application: If you are applying for yourself – select We własnym imieniu (On your own behalf). If you’re acting as an authorized representative – select Jako pełnomocnik (As a representative) Click "Dalej".

8. Verify all entered data, enter and confirm your email address. Notifications about new correspondence will be sent to this address.

9. Decide whether anyone else will have access to your e-Delivery inbox. Click "Dalej".

10. Confirm that you accept the Terms of Service. Click «Dalej»

11. Confirm that you’ve read the rules of use. Click «Dalej».

12. Verify the department receiving your application. Click «Dalej».

13. Choose the method for signing the document. Usually, you will use Profil Zaufany. Proceed to sign.

14. Click the "Wyślij" (Send) button.

15. Done – your application has been sent.

IMPORTANT: Sending the application is only the first step of activating your address. After successful verification, you will receive an email within 7 days with further instructions. Please follow the steps marked as Firmową (Company) to complete the activation:

Log in to your business account.
Select the e-Doręczenia section.
Indicate the inbox you want to activate.
Click Przejdź do aktywacji (Proceed to activation).
Provide the email address where notifications should be sent.
Read and accept the terms and service policy.
Click Aktywuj skrzynkę. (Activate inbox)
